Raven is van alle tij­den – altijd al heb­ben men­sen samen inten­sief gedanst. In While we are here onder­zoekt Lisa Vereertbrugghen dat tijd­lo­ze ver­lan­gen om col­lec­tief hard te dan­sen. Ze nodig­de Claire Godsmark, Dolores Hulan, Eimi Leggett en Castélie Yalombo Lilonge uit om zich toe te leg­gen op het paral­lel beoe­fe­nen van hard­co­re rave en volks­dans. Samen bren­gen ze zon­der nos­tal­gie of vast­ge­legd toe­komst­beeld een hybri­de tech­no-folk die con­tro­le ver­stoort en col­lec­tie­ve licha­me­lijk­heid viert.
