In Pygmalion (working title), David Roos explores a longing for absolute purity that is deeply ingrained in Western culture. The white marble of classical sculpture conceals diffuse, dark desires.
Pygmalion (working title) finds itself in the confusion between love and lust, between art and porn, between me and my desire. With all my heart, I hope I am pure. Please, let me be an angel.
