Anger Angels is the first collaboration between performance artists Sophía Rodríguez (Venezuelan-born, Brussels-based) and Teresa Vittucci (Austrian-born, Zurich-based). In this hypnotic, humorous and visceral performance they explore anger as a transformative force.

Set within a surreal, corporate-inspired landscape, two angelic messengers navigate and process human rage. Through movement and voice, they confront the repression of femme anger, creating unexpected entanglements with the scenography, the audience and each other.

Experiencing Anger Angels feels like receiving a deep-tissue massage you did not know you needed: both unsettling and strangely soothing. With sincere irony, hypersensitivity and celestial absurdity, Rodríguez and Vittucci channel anger into transcendence, levitating, singing in otherworldly tongues and interacting with the corporate environment. Have you ever heard a dyson and a shredder harmonize?

Anger Angels reclaims anger, especially femme anger, from its historical dismissal as irrational or dangerous. By embracing the emotional, the physical and the fluid, Rodríguez and Vittucci invite audiences to sit with what burns beneath the surface and to witness its potential for healing and collective transformation.
