Ferre Marnef is a maker who­se work moves bet­ween music, grap­hic design and the­a­tre. For ten years, he col­la­bo­ra­ted with Louis Janssens within the col­lec­ti­ve Desnor, cre­a­ting per­for­man­ces such as Ideale Plaats, #BOS, Galileo and Toverberg. As an actor, he joi­ned tibal­dus, con­tri­bu­ting among other things to the com­ple­te Gombrowicz tri­lo­gy. He has also col­la­bo­ra­ted in various roles with com­pa­nies and artists inclu­ding Ontroerend Goed, buren, Ilan Manouach and Miet Warlop. Musically, he cur­rent­ly focu­ses on his expe­ri­men­tal band Sergeant, who­se debut was relea­sed on STROOM and who­se second album Symbols will be relea­sed in 2026.
